AXiOM gathers multiple perspectives to deliver reports driven by the context of each individual involved. We probe from every angle possible, and identify the nuances that help provide a thorough understanding of a person, situation, or a work environment. Below is a list of interviews we conduct regularly. After each interview, clients are provided with a detailed report based on each conversation with consideration for the level of position.
Reference conversations
One-to-one conversation with a candidate’s references to produce a comprehensive understanding of the individual’s personality, strengths, weaknesses and more, all from the reference’s perspective.
Recent-hire evaluations
Brief, one-to-one conversation with 2-3 colleagues or managers of the recent hire identifies how they are adapting to the role, organization and culture. These conversations are early indicators of potential issues and areas of growth, and help identify strengths and weaknesses in the hiring process.
Employee self-evaluations
A conversational interview to develop an in-depth, self-assessment of an employee’s professional experiences. The flow of conversation and expert prompts unlock more nuance than available from a typed performance self-evaluation.
Impartial current employee evaluations
Through a one-to-one conversation, employee opinion about a manager, peer, or direct report is captured. Whether named or anonymized, these reports provide a more detailed evaluation and can be particularly valuable when considering both high-potential and high-concern talent.
Exit interviews
An impartial interviewer interviews the retiree, resignee or exited employee, encouraging candid feedback about their experience and any lasting tension or challenges faced. This can provide a clearer understanding of the work environment, as well as critical information to properly remedy any problems.
